Crew Change Services

KD Elite has been in the crew change business for over 15 years:

1. All drivers and KD Elite Staff are accredited with state and federal
   governments to enter any port in the USA
2. All our drivers and staff posses a TWIC card and Terminal Escort cards (when required by each individual terminal)
3. KD Elite fills out all forms required by CBP for crew members and shipping agencies
4. Have contracts with ports and permission to enter any port in the world, this allows us to make sure that all off signers or on singers are picked up in a timely manner.

We provide the following services to all shipping
agencies,  Cargo Ships and Cruise Ships:

1. On signers or Off signer’s transfer
2. Transport for Covid-19 testing from the ship and back
3. Medical Treatment transfer to and from medical facilities
   (KD Elite has access to all the Hospitals, Dentist, and Urgent cares)
4. Shopping trips for all the crew members on bord of ships
5. Transit for any maintenance technician or superintendent who needs to access
   the ship (we will take them to and from the ship)
6. Commute for Crew Members with expired shore passes.
   (All Repatriation logistics)

Our chauffeurs and staff use technology to help ensure transportation of your crew is safe and on-time.

We use:

• Flight Tracking to monitor your inbound/outbound flights
• Utilize GPS tracking modules in each vehicle to assure safe travels. All our chauffeurs also use GPS
• Weather Alerts, Mobile Communications and Computer Reservations are just a few examples of how KD Elite  provides real world travel management solutions
• Agents receive live updates of the trip from KD Elite software about when the driver is on the way, has arrived, has picked up or dropped off
• Professionally Trained Dispatcher working 24/7 monitoring all the movements of crew personnel being transported.
