The reason for 4 star was that there was one time, we needed to wait for quite long for more people to fill up the shuttle upon returning from our cruise.
It was the best find for cruising out of Baltimore. We have been using the cruise and stay package the last year without even one issue. It is so organized and a great carefree way to begin a cruise. No worry about parking port fees and service is 10+. You wheel your luggage out to shuttle morning of and they take it from there. No worrying about departing ship….they are there waiting. It is great from checking to you are brought back to your car. They are so efficient a the short trip back and forth is a breeze with cheerful conversation all around.
Our driver was very courteous! Transported us in a timely fashion. Very helpful loading and unloading all of our luggage!!
